We're on the market!
Our MLS listing officially went up on Tuesday as did our lawn sign. Very exciting. The couple of times I've had to drop by home to pick up something for the kids, I've seen people in our house (and then I circle around pretending not to be totally curious about the goings on in my house). Our agent said the broker tour this morning went well. I'm hopeful, excited, thankful.

Did you REALLY sell your house in 1 week????? 18 offers??? Congrats! I'm in shock. Over here in union city, I think prices have dropped and houses are staying on the market for more than 2 months (though I'm not 100% sure on stats since I'm not on the market). Can I ask if it went over asking and by how many %? I am very interested because I want to know what the market is like currently (your side is different from my side, I know). We are tossing around selling this house later this year and upgrading to a 3000+ sq ft home in the same estate because prices seem to be dropping.... No problems if it is too personal to ask. Ask me about the price again April 16th (after closing). I'll be happy to say then. :-) I know -- 18 offers is crazy! 8 or 10 offers happens in our neighborhood. But 18 offers is all GOD!
